Reservations are accepted all year, and also up to one year in advance. Reservations require a 2-night minimum stay.
The numbers of guests are not to exceed the number of guests paid for. Should more guests stay at the cabin than confirmed, entire deposit will be forfeited.
Our cabin can sleep 4 people, and a 5th if a toddler/infant. If you have more than 4 adults/grown children, I'm sorry that we cannot accommodate you.
Confirmation Agreement: Confirmation will be mailed or faxed to you immediately and will be a binding agreement upon our receipt of
your reservation/security deposit.
Your reservation/security deposit is separate of your rental payment. Reservation/security deposit will be immediately returned after your departure and satisfactory inspection of the cabin. (Satisfactory means that short of normal cleaning, you have left the cabin as you found it.) Should cabin fail a satisfactory inspection or require excessive cleaning, your deposit will be deducted accordingly. For arrivals within 2 weeks of making a reservation, deposit must be made with money order.
Payment: Payment will be made in full upon arrival by check, money order, or cash. No credit cards.
Name Your Own Price:
Corn Cabin reserves the right to refuse any rate offer for any reason whatsoever, and is not obligated to provide any explanation for refusal or acceptance of such offer. One acceptance of a negotiated rental rate does not guarantee acceptance of a similar rate in the future.
Reservation will be canceled without further notice if deposit is not received by due date.
Check in/out: Check in is 3 p.m. Check out promptly by 11 a.m., so as not to jeopardize the next guest's check in.
Arrangements for earlier check in may be possible.
Telephone: Phone provided for emergency and local calls. Long distance service is not provided.
Accommodations: You can expect a clean, comfortable cabin with basic, everyday household items and an ample supply of linens, towels,
and paper goods. Please make yourself at home. The washer and dryer are provided for your personal clothing—please do not wash Corn Cabin linens and towels.
All used kitchen appliances and dishes are to be cleaned by you prior to your departure and all garbage is to be placed in the outdoor garbage cans.
Lost Items: Please check cabin carefully to be sure you have all your belongings.
Requests for lost items will be returned C.O.D. if found.
Security of cabin, equipment, and your personal belongings is your fully assumed responsibility.
No pets on premises. No cigar & pipe smoking indoors.
Cancellations:
Cancellations must be received in writing 30 days prior to your arrival date in order to receive a refund. No refunds will be given due to an unfortunate occurrence such as your early departure, bad weather, or malfunctioning equipment (we will do everything humanly possible to correct problems). |
